Avon Gardens Trust gave the Keynsham Girls Brigade a grant towards their gardening skills. This wonderful thank you note was accompanied by photographs of their work – See here in pdf
Some of the pots that the girls planted up for local Care Homes and for individuals who are unwell or lonely. Also a couple of ‘Thank You’ cards.
The girls really enjoyed planting a variety of bulbs and flowers – it increased their love and knowledge of gardening and an understanding of how plants and flowers and being outside is beneficial to everyone.
